All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, please allow additional days for delivery before contacting us. If your order appears lost in transit, reach out to our support team at Kitch Vera, and we will assist you in locating or replacing the item.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kitch Vera is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact Kitch Vera immediately with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
