1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact Kitch Vera before returning any items so we can provide you with instructions and a return authorization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food items)

  • Personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, Kitch Vera will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
